Consultations incorporate a balance of alternative therapies using Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Vitamin Therapy, Iridology, Sports Nutrition and Naturopathy.

Fay uses the mixture of these healing therapies to evoke balance and harmony in the body.
To restore good health and well-being through correct nutrition, herbs and supplements may also be required individually.

Fay Fain

(B.A.Dip.Ed UNSW; D.Nutr., D.Arom., D.Bach f.r.)

Fay graduated from UNSW in 1984 in economics. In 1985 she bought a health food store in the old Westfield’s Bondi Junction and owned the store for 17 years. During this time Fay restudied and qualified in Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Bach Flowers, Ear candling, Aromatherapy and Naturopathy to name a few.

In 1992 Fay founded a natural aromatherapy company called ‘Potions & Lotions’. She was manufacturing over 300 natural aromatherapy products and cosmetics. Fay was also one of the founding members of the Australian Aromatherapy Association.

From 1992 until 2005 Fay was lecturing both nutrition and aromatherapy in Sydney and in South East Asia. Since December 2003 Fay has been our in house nutritionist and Natural Therapist.

From Fay’s vast experience and knowledge she has developed a natural colon and liver detox program which has worked so successfully on many of our members. Now she has decided to extend this with new packages and open an exclusive Detox Centre, Detoxologie, here at Temple of the Body & Soul.
