Aqua is a great workout, using minimum impact moves to develop strength and fitness, burn unbelievable amounts of calories and make sure you have fun while you workout.

BODY PUMP
A weight training class done to fun music. Increase metabolic rate and tone the whole body.

BOXING
A cardio-interval class using boxing drills, wights, skipping ropes and more for max fitness results.

CARDIO CONDI/CIRCUIT
A med-hi intensity cardio class to music including toning for the whole body.

FIGHT-DO
A Muay Thai-boxing class choreographed to music. Designed to develop your fitness and martial art technique.

ASHTANGA YOGA
This is the classical raja yoga system of eight progressive stages or steps as described in numerous Hindu. The eight limbs are: restraints (yama), observances (niyama), postures (asana), breath control (pranayama), sense withdrawal (pratyahara), concentration (dharana), meditation (dhyana) and contemplation (samadhi).

HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga, pronounced "ha-tuh", is also known as hatha vidya or the "science of hatha" yoga; this word comes from combining the two sanskrit terms "hat" meaning sun and "ha" meaning moon. The word "hat" refers to the solar nadi (pingala) in the subtle body and "ha" the lunar channel (ida). This is a passive yoga and Australia’s most popular type. You will hold each posture (asana) for long periods of time and work through every part of the body with a relaxation / meditation session at the end of each class. 

IYENGAR YOGA
Iyengar is firmly based on the traditional eight limbs of yoga, emphasizing the development of strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration (Dharana) and meditation (Dhyana).

KI YOGA YOGA
Ki Yoga is the “Yoga of Meaning”. You learn why you stretch, how to strengthen and what you are striving towards. You discover what and how each gesture and movement affects your mind, behaviour and health. 

QI GONG YOGA
Practices the improvement of energy, maintaining health and healing disease. Cleanses the body of toxins and reduces stress. It is a slow and gentle form of yoga.

PILATES
Pilates mat work is available as part of our group fitness menu: tone your body by combining movement and breathing to improve core strength and stability.

The Temple also has a private Pilates studio enabling the beginner or enthusiast to master the techniques using reformer or GRC machines - either in a one-on-one session or small groups of 2 or 3. Beneficial for people of all ages, aptitudes and fitness levels, Pilates offers a no-to-low-impact approach to health and wellbeing. Results include:

An enjoyable, fun way to lift your sprits and increase your fitness. A dance class pre-choreographed to different styles of dance such as Latin, jazz, hip hop and Arabic.

STRETCH
A great class to begin the day or end your workout session.

X55
