By car, from the city - Heading up New South Head Road from Rushcutters Bay towards Edgecliff, take the first left after Mona Road (the slip road before the lights at Darling Point Road). You'll see the famous 'painted lady' on the wall. The Temple's valet parking and car wash service ($2.50 per hour for parking) is just there on the left-hand side.  Alternatively you can turn right at the lights into New McLean Street and at the Edgecliff Centre (free for 2 hours).
By car, from Double Bay - Heading up New South Head Road from Double Bay towards the city. Turn right onto William Street, then left onto Ocean Avenue and right at Greenoaks Avenue.
Go straight ahead to Mona Road, then left up New South Head Road and take the first left after Mona Road (the slip road before the lights at Darling Point Road). You'll see the famous 'painted lady' on the wall. The Temple's valet parking and car wash service ($2.50 per hour for parking) is just there on the left-hand side. 
Alternatively you can turn right at the lights into New McLean Street and at the Edgecliff Centre (free for 2 hours).
By train - At Edgecliff Station turn left onto New South Head Road and cross the street at the lights. Temple of the Body & Soul is situated on the right-hand side in between D'Cota and Designer Rugs.
On foot - We're located on New South Head Road in between D'Cota and Designer Rugs, opposite McGrath Real Estate.
